- At the top of any Shopping Mall page, select the "Sign up" link.
- Enter your personal details such as email address, your ID and a password.
- Your registered user ID can be up to 12 characters. Please use only letters and numbers.

| It is most likely because you tried to register with a duplicate ID, a duplicate E-mail address, or an invalid E-mail. You can try "Password search" with your ID and secret question. |
